After Living Single, T.C. Carson starred in the second film of a popular horror franchise

On Living Single, T.C. Carson plays a conceited, well-dressed Kyle Barker, Max's rival-turned-lover. When he's not insulting her, she gets him to show a softer side away from their friends. Carson's character left for London and returned only in the series finale, giving fans insight into how things ended for their favorite on-and-off-again couple.

Aside from that role, unless you've followed Carson's career, you probably don't remember the other role the actor is known for. He's done a lot of voice work, but in 2003, T.C. appeared on the big screen as Eugene Dix in the second Final Destination film. Eugene was a motorcycle-riding high school teacher who narrowly escaped a pileup on Route 23.

If you watched any of the movies, you know there is no way to escape death. If a character didn't die when expected, their time was coming. He was the last Route 23 survivor to die in the film.

This role was clearly different from Kyle Barker but showed that T.C. Carson had range. When Midnight Screaming asked how it felt to be part of the franchise, he said what all actors think, "Oh, it's cool. But you know, really, we're actors. We just want to act, and it's great to be able to do different types of characters, and you know, be in different genres of films. It was fun."
