Mr. T played a scammer in this hilarious, popular Martin Halloween episode
We pity the fool who thinks Mr. T can't pull off a scammer role, because he did, and he did it well. In the Martin episode "Boo's in the House," the actor played Mr. Jenkins, a homeowner using Halloween as an opportunity to run off potential buyers and pocket their deposit.
After Martin and Gina got married, sharing his apartment started to get old. Although the couple had no children, they both had things they didn't want to get rid of (think of the episode where they had two of everything). So, in this episode, Martin comes home eager to tell Gina that he just saw their dream home —and it's cheap.
"Gina, pack your bags, baby, we're moving out," Martin says as he enters his apartment holding a large "for sale" sign. Houses are expensive; they were cheaper in the '90s, but still, when you see a deal, you have to jump on the opportunity. Martin is adamant that Mr. Jenkin's home is the one for them and even takes out a deposit... without seeing the inside —until he and the gang tour the residence before Nipsey's Halloween party.
Dressed in costumes and ready to get down, the friends have no idea they're in for a spooky tour. As soon as Jenkins leaves, Gina says, "I can spend the rest of my life in this house.” Quickly after, an evil voice roars, "GET OUT!" and the lights begin to flick. Gina then follows up, saying, "Too bad we can't stay."
One by one, Martin's friends begin to disappear, and things start happening: bats flying through the house, a "mummy man," a moving bear carpet, and more.
